Robyn was amazing at the Birmingham Brindley branch. The food service was efficient and friendly throughout our visit. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, and Robyn made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. Our food arrived promptly and was presented nicely, with no mix-ups. The food was great and my children were well looked after. A member of staff called Robyn made sure we all enjoyed our experience. My children talk a lot and every time they tried to speak with staff they answered them which made them feel special. Again a special thanks to Robyn for great and friendly family orientated atmosphere.
Fabulous staff.. the nicest people and they went above and beyond to make us comfy and look after my families needs. Food service fab and fast and tasty. We had naked bun and chicken selects .. which is perfect for a duo who like eating slightly healthier options. Only improvement would be drinks were all full of sugar ... could do with some Holos Kombucha. I will come again :)
Incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIPs. Haley, the manager, was amazing so welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were well looked after. The burgers were flavourful, and perfectly cooked. Great food, outstanding service, and a fantastic atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!
Food was lovely and service was so spot on! 4 people, 3 burgers but I just fancied some nibbley bits. Ordered wings, fries and coleslaw to make my own little meal from the sides menu which was no problem at all. Food came over and the wings looked a little pink. They took them back and assured me they were fully cooked but cooked some fresh, no questions asked! Robyn was such a lovely server and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a great experience, good service makes all the difference.
My first visit this particular branch of GBK and I wasn't disappointed. We were greated and served by the lovely Robyn who was really friendly and helpful- she let us try a bit of the sauce before we placed our order so we could see if we would like it (we did) and she was on the ball with drink refills too. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend!
Robyn greeted us at the door and explained waiting times, keeping us up to date. Really friendly, laid back and chatty which us Yorkshire folk really appreciate. Food was amazing and cooked to perfection. The ordering tablets on the table were convenient and easy to use. Top notch place, highly recommended
